Used this as my inspo recipe – cannot wait to try the full recipe!!!

Did this recipe with leftovers (cooked rice and pork chops)
Used onions, carrots and a about 1/4 cup of salsa – leftover)
Due to the rice already been cooked I didn’t use the broth, I did end up using a small amount of water so everything wouldn’t burn (I didn’t have broth or would have used it)

    My diva loved it!!
I am sure she and my hubby will love the actual recipe.

I know a lot of ppl hate on comments where ppl don’t follow the recipe as is which is why I added it was my inspo recipe due to what I had on hand – I never would have thought to add sour cream which imo is the game changer I think I need to utilize it more

I used better than Bouillon as the broth. Plenty salty without adding salt. Used my home grown herbs. Basil, Spicy oregano and thyme. Had to check and add more water to get rice done.
