Ingredients Needed

- Corn – canned, drained well
- Pickled Jalapeños – drained and diced
- Heavy Cream
- Sugar
- Black Pepper
- Cream Cheese – cut into cubes
- Butter – salted
- Salt
How To Make Slow Cooker Creamed Corn
This creamed corn recipe is one that you can whip up quickly and forget about it until it’s ready! No need to pre-cook anything!
COMBINE INGREDIENTS
In a large slow cooker, combine all of the creamed corn recipe ingredients minus the salt, and stir to combine.
COOK CORN
Cook on LOW heat for 3 hours. Uncover and stir to incorporate the cream cheese into the sauce Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Taste and season with salt as desired. Enjoy warm!
Do I Need Pickled Jalapeños?
Jalapeños add a nice flavor to the subtle creamed corn. You can tame the flavor by swapping in a can of green chiles or leaving them out completely.
What Corn To Use For Creamed Corn?
This recipe uses canned sweet corn. You can also use fresh off-the-cob corn or frozen corn as long as it’s thawed and drained well. You would need about 4 & 1/2 cups of corn.
Make Ahead And Storage
Creamed corn is a great make-ahead recipe!
Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
Thaw, reheat and stir in a little cream to restore the creamy texture.

- 4 oz pickled jalapenos, drained and diced*
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
- ⅓ cup butter, cut into cubes
- salt, to taste

This recipe was a huge hit last night. I have been recovering from COVID and have been depending on my slow cooker a great deal. My energy rallies mid day, I threw the ingredient together. Then come dinner time it was a hot and creamy addition to the freezer meal from the oven! Shawn is a genius!
