How did another week fly by so fast?!
We have one more week of summer swim team and a final swim meet next Saturday. My kids are really excited, and so am I. I used to swim on a national level, and watching my own kids get out there and compete and have fun really brings happiness to my heart. What also makes me happy are the recipes (and video) that I made for you this week!
Did you catch everything? Here’s a short recap of what went down…
Monday – Super Easy Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce! Seriously guys, this stuff is a total winner. I want to put it on everything!
Tuesday – My cookbook, “Express Lane Cooking” was officially released! First thing I did was drive over to Barnes and Noble to check it out!
Wednesday – My first VIDEO! I showed you how to cut an onion like a pro. I’m still working out the bugs on the whole video thing, but I really enjoyed shooting it. I hope you got a chance to watch it!
Friday – Oh mama! I made you the creamiest and most delicious No Churn Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream. It’s just 5 ingredients and oh so delicious!
Now for the week full of recipes! Did you use any from last week?
This week is full of more fantastic recipes. I hope you find something good! 🙂

Hi SHAWN
Thank you so much! Meal planning is one of my least favorite chores of the weekend! But it is a situation now I have to deal with. Ever since my husband went on a diet, I felt like to make something new and healthy too. I am so excited about your meal plans especially cauliflower Alfredo Sauce and Chicken Lettuce Wraps! And adding to that, you have saved a lot of time by teaching me to cut the onion like a PRO. 🙂 Wish I could keep my kitchen close. 🙁 Again Thanks for everything. Keep them coming! Happy Cooking!!!
Best Wishes
Angela
