RECAP of this past week:

On Monday I talked all about my experience selling my cookbook on QVC (it will be released July 21st! EEK!). Wednesday I showed you how to make one out of this world Cream Cheese & Raspberry Coffee Cake (you’ll want to check that one out). Finally, on Friday I made a super easy weeknight dinner for you – Cilantro Lime Quinoa Bowls with a Hummus Vinaigrette (featuring my favorite Sabra hummus)!

  1. Making a weekly meal plan is definitely not an easy job, one has to consider changes in seasons and the available food supply and of course find a way to create a delicious meal out of it, that is, if you intent to make variety dishes. That Cilantro lime Chicken looks yummy!!!
