I’m a huge buffalo wing fan.
If I ever order pizza, it has to come with wings, and they need to be spicy hot.
Have you seen these Buffalo Chicken Sliders, or how about these Creamy Buffalo Blue Cheese Stuffed Celery?? The components of “the buffalo” are irresistible. Spicy sauce, cooled down with ranch, and that tangy blue cheese.
I just had to create a Buffalo Mac and Cheese.
Had. To.
This quick and easy dinner is so creamy and delicious with a kick of spicy wing sauce. I added some sliced celery for added texture and it was perfect!
If you’re not a fan of blue cheese, just leave it off. The ranch dressing when mixed with the mac and cheese is unreal. It’s like creamy multiplied by 10, and the wing sauce gives it the perfect balance of spice.
Basically, I’m in love.

Buffalo Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- Original Mac and Cheese, prepared according to package instructions
- Ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 stalk of celery, diced
- Buffalo wing sauce
Instructions
- Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package instructions. Place in serving dishes.
- Top each bowl with desired amount of ranch dressing and wing sauce. Sprinkle with just a little bit of blue cheese, and celery.
- Enjoy!

Ok, so my kids actually eat mac and cheese with ranch on it and I always thought there were crazy…but really I think this does sound good with the buffalo sauce.
