Doughnuts + S’mores = S’mores Doughnuts

Popcorn + S’mores = S’mores Popcorn

Sucker sticks + S’mores = S’mores Pops

Crescent Rolls + S’mores = Flaky S’mores Pizza Triangles… naturally

Flaky S'mores Pizza Triangles

I got the idea for these Flaky S’mores Pizza Triangles after drooling over these Cake Batter Crumb Crispies from the talented Nikki of Chef in Training.

I’ve used crescent rolls to make a Hidden S’mores treat long ago, but it needed a new fresh spin, and this is exactly what I had in mind.

Flaky S'mores Pizza Triangles

I made a golden buttery crumb topping with crushed graham crackers, then sprinkled it over some canned crescent rolls. I topped that with some mini marshmallows and baked it until the crescents were a flaky, golden brown and the marshmallows were nice and toasted.

Then I drizzled some melted chocolate over the top.

I cut the larger triangles into smaller triangles…

Aren’t they too cute?!

Flaky S'mores Pizza Triangles

The graham cracker crumb topping is simply magical. Imagine a coffee crumb topping, infused with buttery graham crackers.

Oh mama.

The crescents become crisp with several flaky layers. When joined with the buttery topping, perfectly roasted marshmallows, and sweet chocolate drizzle, it just melts in your mouth.

Flaky S'mores Pizza Triangles

These didn’t last long in our house.

Don’t you just love a s’more?!

  1. Hi Shawn,
I am from Brazil, we don’t have crecent rolls but we do have puff pastry can I use it instead of the crecent rolls and can I prepare ithe triangles in advance, completely ready, freeze them and just bake them the day I will serve?
    thanks!

  2. How have I not found you before?? This was saved immediately. Nikki at chef in training mentioned you and I can see why. Loving your site!

  3. You only have to say “flaky” and “smores” in the same sentence and I’m so there! These look incredible!

  4. These look like something that would go nicely on a “Husband’s gone hunting and I’m at home, the children are in bed, and I’m going to watch Pride and Prejudice for the 74th time” night. That’s what I would do anyway.

    1. HAHA!! You could always get a sitter, go to your neighbors house, and enjoy some of these delicious S’mores treats while watching the ever so classic, “Mama Mia.” (There might even be S’mores Popcorn too). 😉
