For this super easy recipe, all you have to do is line the bottom of an oven safe skillet with a some frozen berries, a little sure and some tapioca. Whip up some rich and delicious biscuits using the Martha White Wild Berry muffin mix. Instead of adding milk, I used heavy cream and made little dumplings to go on top of the berries. Bake and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

I used powdered tapioca for this. 🙂

Hi Shelby, I’m not sure if this is the recipe you’re looking for – Strawberry Shortcake Cookies, but as far as cobbler goes, this recipe would also work great with strawberries.

Looks yummy!! but I think your “heavy cream” and “vanilla ice cream” line ran together? I’m guessing you mix the muffin mix, with 1/2 cup heavy cream? and serve with the ice cream…. Never thought to use a muffin mix for the topper– great idea!!
