If I had to pick my all time favorite dessert it would be a cheesecake.
Any sort of cheesecake will do. I’m crazy about the tangy taste of the cheesecake, but not so thrilled at how long it takes to make a cheesecake. In fact, I hate making cheesecakes because it takes for-ev-er.
So, to continue with my “Birthday Week” theme, I decided to make one heck of a cheesecake – in dip form.
It had to include that delicious cake batter taste with the tanginess of a cheesecake, and of course SPRINKLES!
But more importantly, it had to be made in less than 10 minutes.
Winning!
This Cheesecake Cake Batter Dip is perfect for when you have unexpected guests, a treat for a baby shower, girl’s night, and of course – for BIRTHDAY’S!!
When I was younger my sister and I used to get those tubs of cream cheese frosting and dip graham crackers in it for a late night snack. This dip brings me back to those long nights of girl talk and giggles.
If you’re a cheesecake and cake batter fan, then you’ll love this super quick, {no bake, no egg, no butter} Cheesecake Cake Batter Dip. It’s amazing with graham crackers {for that graham cracker crust taste}, but also great with pretzels, and even apple slices too!
