Quick Parmesan and Herb Biscuits

Have you ever made dinner and thought to yourself that it could really use a good side of bread with it? But there is no time for yeast, and a slice of toast simply won’t do.

These Quick Parmesan and Herb Biscuits are my favorite go-to side of bread when I am in a pinch.

I love the texture of these biscuits and the aromatic boost from the mixture of herbs.

Gourmet Garden’s fresh herbs in a tube are seriously a life saver for me. I have tried so many times to grow fresh herbs, but they all die on me. I love having a mixture of fresh herbs that are pre chopped and ready to go sitting in my fridge. It’s like a little army of freshness waiting for me to give them a command.

By using these fresh and ready herbs as well as self rising flour {I always keep a bag on hand for things like this}, these flavorful biscuits come together in less than 5 minutes.

Parmesan is one of my favorite cheeses too. I love the sharp and salty flavor. If you’re not a fan of Parmesan, switch it up with some cheddar cheese. The cheddar ones remind me of the biscuits from Red Lobster. yuuuum!
