For those of you who are still reading, get ready to pick your jaw up off the floor, and pull out your stretchy pants. This popcorn concoction is out of this world delicious. It’s incredibly addicting. Once you take one bite, you’ll be hooked.
It’s Hot Tamales meets White Chocolate meets Popcorn.
Yes, please.
The key is this amazing little bottle of Cinnamon Oil. It packs a punch of pure Hot Tamale flavor cinnamon. It’s hard to find in stores, but can be found online here, here and here too.
Get it.
Ok, now that we have that under control, let’s get back to the popcorn.
Are you aware of how easy it is to pop your very own popcorn? Not to mention how cost friendly it is.
Just add a few tablespoons of corn oil to a heavy bottomed pan.
Add a little helping of popcorn kernels.
Leave the lid slightly ajar, and wait for just a few minutes…
Voila! Freshly popped, naked, popcorn!
The possibilities are endless with this magnificent treat.
Melt down some white chocolate, add just a teeny bit of Cinnamon Oil {trust me, this stuff is powerful!}
Give it a good stir…
Pour it all over that naked popcorn, and gently stir to evenly coat.

Try really hard to let the popcorn cool on wax paper till the chocolate sets.

Cinnamon and White Chocolate Popcorn
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp corn oil
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 10 oz white chocolate
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon Oil
Instructions
- Add the oil and popcorn kernels to a heavy bottomed pot and turn heat to medium-medium high. Place lid on pot, but leave slightly ajar to allow steam to escape. Gently shake the pot back and forth once the kernels start to pop so the kernels don’t burn. Once popping has pour popcorn in a large bowl. Set aside.
- In a medium microwave safe bowl melt white chocolates at 50% power for 30 seconds in microwave. Stir, place back in microwave and heat at 50% power for an additional 15 seconds. Continue with this process for an additional 15 seconds until the white chocolate is smooth with no lumps.
- Add the Cinnamon oil and stir.
- Pour the white chocolate mixture over the bowl of popped popcorn and gently stir to coat the popcorn.
- Turn out popcorn onto a baking sheet covered in wax paper and let cool till white chocolate sets. About 30-40 minutes. Enjoy!
