These Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps are a super simple lunch recipe that are cool, creamy and filled with crisp bacon.
I’m always on the search for a quick and easy lunch recipe, especially one that doesn’t require a lot of effort. That’s why I’m loving these super quick and easy wraps.
Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps
- Cook your bacon until nice and crisp. I like to lay all my bacon on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook the bacon in my oven.
- Assemble the wraps by laying a large flour tortilla down and then top with lettuce, diced tomatoes, ranch dressing, bacon and sliced chicken breast.
- Use deli sliced chicken breast for a super quick wrap.
- Roll up the wraps tightly and use a sharp knife to cut in half.
Can You Make Chicken Wraps Ahead of Time?
Yes! These wraps are great for making ahead and packing a nice lunch or picnic. Wrap them tightly in plastic wrap so they hold their shape and keep chilled until ready to enjoy.
PRO TIP: The diced tomatoes can cause the wraps to become a little soggy if made too far in advance. Place the diced tomatoes in a fine mesh strainer to remove an excess moisture before placing in the wraps.
What To Serve With Lunch Wraps
You really can’t go wrong with a side of potato chips and fresh fruit or fresh cut veggies. But if you’re looking to take it over the top, here are some of my favorite recipes to pair with these wraps.
These wraps would be perfect for a quick lunch or weeknight dinner. I even wrapped these up for my daughter to take on a hike and she said they were fantastic after several hours in her lunch bag.
Hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
