Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

  • Cook your bacon until nice and crisp. I like to lay all my bacon on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook the bacon in my oven.
  • Assemble the wraps by laying a large flour tortilla down and then top with lettuce, diced tomatoes, ranch dressing, bacon and sliced chicken breast.
  • Use deli sliced chicken breast for a super quick wrap.
  • Roll up the wraps tightly and use a sharp knife to cut in half.

Can You Make Chicken Wraps Ahead of Time?

Yes! These wraps are great for making ahead and packing a nice lunch or picnic. Wrap them tightly in plastic wrap so they hold their shape and keep chilled until ready to enjoy.

PRO TIP: The diced tomatoes can cause the wraps to become a little soggy if made too far in advance. Place the diced tomatoes in a fine mesh strainer to remove an excess moisture before placing in the wraps.

What To Serve With Lunch Wraps

You really can’t go wrong with a side of potato chips and fresh fruit or fresh cut veggies. But if you’re looking to take it over the top, here are some of my favorite recipes to pair with these wraps.

These wraps would be perfect for a quick lunch or weeknight dinner. I even wrapped these up for my daughter to take on a hike and she said they were fantastic after several hours in her lunch bag.

Hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

  1. What kind of wraps did you use? They look thin which is exactly what I like. I can never find ones that are as thin as I’d like.

    1. I do not warm up the tortillas first. But if your tortillas are rigid, you can definitely warm them up so they are more pliable.

  2. Two questions. What’s the best kind of lettuce to use and would deli turkey work instead of chicken?

  3. 5 stars
I made these to pack in the kids’ lunches to take to school. They are so easy and quick to make. I just pre-cook the bacon on Sunday to use for the whole week. Then in the morning, I just put the wraps together and pack them up. They enjoyed these wraps along with their favorite chips and a side of their favorite fruits.

This has become my go-to lunch now that I’m working from home. So delicious and quick to put together! I use spinach instead of lettuce and a smaller tortilla and have gotten the calories down to about 300 which is awesome.
