These Chic Greek Chicken Tacos are filled with grilled chicken and a delicious tomato and kalamata salsa, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner!

Chic Greek Chicken Tacos

The quickest taco you'll ever make, precooked chicken is amazing.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Refrigerated Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1/4 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons roasted red peppers, packed in water, drained and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon kalamata olives roughly chopped, pitted & roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon light vinaigrette
  • 2 corn taco shells, flat-bottomed, if available
  • 2 dashes dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese , fat-free, crumbled

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix lettuce, onion, red peppers, olives and vinaigrette.
  • Divide Grilled & Ready® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips between taco shells, and sprinkle with oregano. Top with lettuce mixture, followed by feta cheese.
  • Now chew!
