These were so yummy! I didn’t realize that my Greek yogurt was so low, so I ended up using half Greek and half regular. I also replaced a bit of the flour with protein powder (I used Quest Multi Purpose Mix), but mixed that in with the chocolate chips so it wouldn’t get too tough. We blew through them!

These are wonderful and a great way to use ripe bananas. I have been adding a heaping tablespoon of Nutella to the mix! Delicious. Thanks for a great recipe!

  3. Amazing!

Perfect texture and taste. I like to make muffins and these are among the best.

I used 1/4 cup butter + 1/4 cup of coconut oil (what I had available).

These were so easy to make (I substituted the yogurt with sour cream since I only had it available). My picky eater even loved these. I made them mini-sized for him. Thanks for the recipe!

    1. bad news – i tried this as a loaf last night, cooked it a little bit longer so it would cook all the way through – tried the toothpick test and it seemed good.. and the middle of the loaf collapsed overnight! apparently some other modifications needed to be made :/

    2. Hi Keri, This recipe would work in a loaf. The cooking time would increase to 50 min. – 1 hour. Hope this helps!

    1. Sour cream would be fine to substitute. I have not tested this recipe with regular yoghurt.

    1. You can replace the butter with unsweetened applesauce! Use 1/3 cup applesauce instead of 1/3 cup butter. 🙂

    1. You can definitely use vanilla greek yogurt, but I’m not sure on the gluten free flour. I’ve never tested this recipe using anything but all purpose.
