Ok, I’ll admit it – I’m having a thing for easy lunches right now. These Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels are creamy, sweet and the perfect finger food for any food-inspired event! (like lunch, and football)
My kids are loving all these pinwheels, but you know what else?
We totally ate loads of them this past weekend while we were watching college football at my parent’s cabin! Everyone loved these ones so much.
It doesn’t get any easier than this 5 ingredient pinwheel!
Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels
Chive and Onion cream cheese, deli turkey meat, spinach, a few dried cranberries and a large tortilla!
I love when these have had time to sit in the refrigerator. The dried cranberries soften up and become sweet and juicy.
The wrap reminds me of Christmas, with all the greens, red and turkey! How fun!
{Watch this video to see these pinwheels + 3 more get made!}
So whether or not you make these for your kid’s lunch box, your lunch box, or serve a platter of them to a hungry crowd, you’re going to get smiles all around!
You’ll love these adorable little guys!
