I’m a Closet Baker

I think bakers are amazing individuals. That being said, I am not very amazing! I think I lack the special touch one must have to always deliver soft cookies, tall bread, or tasty muffins. But alas… I always try.
I made some peanut butter cookies for my neighbors and friends the other day. {Not as a punishment –I swear!} My neighbors have been so incredibly helpful the past few months and I wanted to show my appreciation. What better way than homemade cookies!
A plate of cookies.
Peanut Butter Cookies-
To my surprise, these cookies turned out pretty darn tasty! Plus it was an easy recipe to follow.
 {that always helps!}
