I love peppermint too! That Chocolate Peppermint Roll looks divine. I think it started for me when I was a kid and had GSA Thin Mints Cookies for the first time.
A quick fix when I need it—a few drops of peppermint oil in heavy cream before whipping it and for a chocolate fix– I make brownies with York Peppermint Patties (spread 1/2 the batter in pan, layer with mini York’s, top with remaining batter & bake).
It’s so funny that you mention your peppermint whip cream because I am sharing a recipe next week with a peppermint whip cream and I do it almost the exact same way!! 🙂
