Last May I flew to Miami for the BlogHer Food Conference and while I was there I attended a fantastic party by the bay, hosted by Wisconsin Cheese.
The setting was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious cheeses that we sampled. It was such a fun night!
Luckily the cheese love didn’t end there. I was asked by Wisconsin Cheese to create a mouthwatering recipe using the cheese of the month – Muenster!
These Grilled Sausage and Crostini Stackers featuring Wisconsin Muenster cheese are ridiculously tasty! We couldn’t stop popping them into our mouths. Muenster is a creamy and smooth cheese that melts perfectly on top of these tasty stackers. They would make a great addition to your next backyard grill-fest!
