If you’re in search for an awesome, quick and easy weeknight dinner/ game-day appetizer/ afternoon snack, (etc.) then these Chicken Parmesan Pizza Sliders are where it’s at.
I’ve basically taken a miniature portion of chicken parmesan and stuffed it inside pizza dough, then topped it with more cheese and, of course, a pepperoni.
You guys… I’m tired.
Moving houses is no easy task, let alone moving from one country to another. I don’t know if it’s because I’m getting older or if my stuff is just getting more annoying to move around, but I am sore all over.
It’s probably the “getting older” thing.
It took me 2 full days to unpack my kitchen, which I didn’t even want to do because I have plans to completely take out my kitchen and do a full remodel.
Which, oh yes, will be epic! I’ll be sharing all about that later on this year (hopefully sooner rather than later).
Now that I have my kitchen unpacked I can make these sliders again, which my kids absolutely loved and devoured.
Who am I kidding, I loved and devoured these little guys too!
I created this popular recipe for Pillsbury, and you can find the step-by-step photos RIGHT HERE.

I have a friend and co-worker who would go nuts for these, but I don’t imagine they’d work as well as a ‘microwave at lunch’ option. Any chance this recipe could be assembled and frozen, then baked later? If so, how would you suggest adjusting the bake time?

These little guys would be snatched off the plate in my crowd. And I would be right in there doing my share of snatching too.

Totally! These are so great, you’re going to love them! 🙂

What’s not to like. Bet my boys would love these cold & packed in their lunches.
Nothing worse than a kitchen remodel–except a one bathroom house with a bathroom remodel.
Good Luck!

I’m sort of dreading the kitchen remodel, with the lack of kitchen… It’s going to be difficult, but I’m hoping to have everything scheduled on top of each other so it’s a smooth process. Although, that hardly ever works out the way it’s supposed to.

Adios Diet. Been nice knowing you…

Haha… seriously! ;P
