Instructions
Combine all the ingredients (except water) in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Gradually add water, 1 tbsp at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.
Store dressing in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Stir or shake before serving.
