This Loaded Baked Potato Dip is a super quick and delicious appetizer featuring everything you love about loaded baked potatoes!
Let’s talk dip for a second.
I’m a little bit of a dip enthusiast.
That probably has something to do with my love of chips. Let’s face it, chips and dip go hand in hand, and are the perfect thing to serve to hungry-football-watching guests.
The best kind of dip??
Ones full of creamy delicious cheese. No. Doubt.
…and bacon. Bacon never hurts either.
That’s why I L.O.V.E this Loaded Baked Potato Dip.
It’s a cold dip that packs an insane amount of creamy dairy goodness in each bite. With equal parts cottage cheese, sour cream and sharp cheddar you better believe it’s delicious.
It’s everything you love to top your baked potato with on each piled-high chip.
I should clarify: I’m a scooper, not much of a dipper…
Can you blame me??
Set this out and your guests wont be able to keep their hands off of it.

The only reason I love football is because of the food. 😉
Stephanie @ Eat. Drink. Love.
Yum! Perfect football food!
Are you coming back for Blended next week?
Shawn
Thanks Stephanie! And no, I’m not participating in Blended anymore. It was too difficult for me to commit time to the conference while I am up here in Canada, so I stepped out. I am however going to be in Phoenix the second week of October, so we should meet for lunch if possible! 🙂

This looks FANTASTIC! I can think of about 15 reasons to make this dip.

Was looking for some type of potatoe in the dip. Guess it is the chips. Ha ha. Thanks for the recipe – always looking for different dips around football and holiday season.
Shawn
So funny, cause my husband asked me the same thing when he had some. I was like- HELLO!! The chip!! LOL 😉
