Stir in the milk, pumpkin puree, and vanilla. Mix well, especially the bottom so there is no dry bits stuck at the bottom.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired

*If desired, swap out the cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and ginger for 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. **Please note that this cake is dense and not too sweet. Sweeten it more with some mini chocolate chips in the batter or top the cake with sweetened whipped cream if desired.
