Instructions
Scrub potatoes under running water and place in a single layer in a microwave safe dish.
DO NOT PIERCE POTATOES (in the nicest voice possible)
Cover dish with plastic wrap making sure to not let it touch potatoes and vent the top slightly to allow steam to escape.
Microwave on high for 8 minutes or until potatoes are soft and tender.
Carefully remove from microwave and add buttermilk and remaining ingredients.
Mash with potato masher until you have reached desired consistency.
