Rinse and pat dry the Tilapia fillets. Brush on and evenly coat each fillet with hot sauce. Sprinkle both sides of fish with Cajun seasoning. Place corn meal in a flat dish. Coat both sides of the fish in the corn meal. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook Tilapia in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side or until no longer transparent and the fish flakes easily.
For the sauce:
Whisk together the sour cream and hot sauce until smooth and combined. Serve on top or on the side of the Cajun Tilapia.
