Combine the drained tuna, cottage cheese, celery, purple onion, mayo, dijon mustard, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir till combined.
Serve the tuna salad with crackers, on toasted bread, or over a bed of lettuce. Enjoy!
Notes
Tuna salad can last up to 3 to 5 days in the fridge in an air tight container. Freezing tuna salad is not recommended as the mayo will separate when defrosted.
