Instructions
Preheat waffle iron and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl beat the peanut butter, banana, and honey until fluffy.
Beat in the egg.
Add both flours, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop tablespoon size scoops of dough onto the waffle iron, leaving room in between them.
Follow the cooking directions of the waffle iron. Mine cooked for about a 1:30-2:00.
Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
