Honey Ginger Salmon Bowl
Tender and juicy salmon is cooked in the air fryer, then drizzled with a sweet and tangy Honey Ginger dressing. Serve over rice with carrots and cucumbers.

salt and pepper

cucumber

carrots

shredded or ribboned
For the Dressing

olive oil

tbsp
sesame oil

toasted

tbsp
honey

tbsp
soy sauce

tbsp
rice vinegar

ginger

paste (or ¾ tsp ground ginger)

Instructions
Season salmon filet with salt and pepper, spritz salmon with non-stick cooking spray and place on a sheet of parchment paper in basked of air fryer.
Cook salmon at 400 degrees F. for just 10-12 minutes, or until salmon easily flakes with a fork.
Meanwhile prepare the final bowl by placing in rice, cucumber and carrots. Set aside.
Prepare Dressing
Combine the dressing ingredients in a small jar or little blender and shake or blend until combined.
Place cooked salmon on top of rice and pour dressing over the top. Enjoy!
