Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and mini chocolate chips. In a separate bowl combine the butter and syrup.
Evenly spread 1/2 the brown sugar mixture on the bottom of a fluted {bundt cake} pan, and top with 1/2 the syrup mixture.
One at a time place rolls in the small bowl of brown sugar mixture and lightly coat.
Layer each roll in the fluted pan evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes, remove from oven and invert onto a platter.
