Instructions
In a large bowl combine mushrooms, green onion, cilantro, water chestnuts, and ground chicken breast, mix until incorporated.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Cook chicken mixture for a few minutes until chicken is just done.
Add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce and Sriracha hot sauce, stir until combined and cook an additional minute.
Remove from heat and serve in iceberg lettuce leaves. Enjoy!
