Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before threading the cut chicken pieces onto them.
Meanwhile, place cut chicken thighs into a bowl and add in the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine, cover and let marinade for 30 minutes in the fridge, up to 24 hours.
AIR FRYER:Place the chicken skewers in the basket of your air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, flipping the chicken skewers halfway through. OVEN:Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place chicken skewers on a foil lined baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes, flip and cook an additional 10 minutes, or until browned and heated through (internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F).GRILL:Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken skewers for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they're browned and cooked through.

Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a small dish and whisk together.
Garnish the chicken skewers with sliced green onions and drizzle with the Bang Bang Sauce or serve as a dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy!
