Combine the shredded chicken, apple, pecans, dried cranberries and celery in a large bowl.
In a separate small bowl, combine mayo, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine. Pour dressing into the chicken mixture and fold until evenly combined.
Place green leaf lettuce on top of a tortilla and add a cup of chicken salad on top. Roll the tortilla up and cut in half. Enjoy!
