Soak the wooden skewers in water for about 10 minutes to prevent burning while grilling. Meanwhile prepare the meatloaf mixture.
Combine the ground beef, egg, Si Si Cilantro Seasoning, Nashville Hot Seasoning, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cumin and 2 tbsp of Sweet Mesquite & Ale Sauce in a large bowl and use clean hands to mix together.
Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal pieces and then shape them into mini loafs about 4 to 5 inches long. Skewer the stick through the meatloaf and then brush each side with the Roasted Garlic Infused Oil.
Grill over medium-high heat (about 375 degrees F), for about 10 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Just before finished grilling, brush the meatloaf with the remaining 2 tbsp of Sweet Mesquite & Ale Sauce. Cook until the sauce is slightly caramelized. Remove meatloaf skewers from grill and let rest 5 minutes.
For The Cream Sauce
Combine the ingredients for the cream sauce in a small dish and whisk together. Keep chilled until ready to serve with warm meatloaf skewers.
Notes
The internal temperature of the meatloaf should reach at least 145 degrees F. when finished cooking.
