In a large bowl combine cookie butter and sugar. Use an electric mixer to blend the two ingredients till smooth.
Add the whole milk and continue to mix for about 2 minutes so the sugar has a chance to dissolve into the mixture.
Add the cream and vanilla and mix for an additional minute.
Turn on your pre-frozen ice cream maker and pour in the cookie butter base. Let churn till the ice cream starts to thicken (approximately 25-30 minutes). Ice cream will be soft serve consistency so place it in the freezer for an additional 2 hours to harden.
Once it's harder, fill the inside of the cones with ice cream. Then place a scoop on top of the cone.
Pour Magic Shell topping into a small bowl (but deep enough to completely submerge the ice cream)
Carefully dip the ice cream portion into the prepared Magic Shell topping and let any excess drip back into the bowl.
Quickly sprinkle with nut topping and place back into the freezer until ready to eat.
