Cut all the biscuits into fourths. Put biscuits into a zip close bag and pour in butter, emulsion and zest of the orange. Shake to coat biscuits. Pour in sugar and cinnamon. Again, shake to coat the biscuits. Pour the biscuits into a 9 inch round pan. You may have to pull them apart because they can stick together. Arrange in an even layer.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the biscuits are no longer raw.
For the glaze:
Whisk together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and orange emulsion until smooth. Pour over the warm orange-cinnamon pull aparts and devour!
