Use a meat mallet, rolling pin or heavy pot to pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil on both sides, then season the chicken with the salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder and paprika on both sides.
Place chicken breast, smooth side down in even layer in air fryer. Cook at 400 degrees F. for 6 minutes, then flip the chicken and continue cooking an additional 4 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees F.
Remove chicken from air fryer and let rest on a plate, loosely covered with foil for about 5 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
If using larger chicken breasts you may want to halve the chicken breasts so they aren't so large.
