This quick and easy Grilled Salmon with Greek Salsa is perfectly seasoned, flakey salmon that's topped with a cool and crisp cucumber, tomato and kalamata olive salsa.
Heat grill to 400 degrees F. and brush/clean grates, rub grates with oil to prevent sticking if necessary.
Rub down salmon filets with 1 tsp olive oil, then season with Greek seasoning. Place on hot grill, skin-side down, for 5 to 6 minutes, then carefully flip and continue cooking on other side for 4 to 5 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
For Greek Salsa
Combine ingredients for Greek salsa in a bowl and gently toss together. Serve on top of grilled salmon.
Serve with a lemon wedge on the side and garnish with fresh parsley. If desired, serve with creamy Tzatziki Sauce on the side.
