Ingredients
For The Chicken
1lb.boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
Combine the ingredients for the chicken in a large bowl and stir to coat, then set aside.
For The Sauce
Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
For The Veggies
Heat a large wok over medium-high heat and add in 1 tbsp of Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt. Once melted stir in the green beans and onion and cook about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently until lightly charred and tender-crisp. Add in the garlic and ginger and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. Remove green beans and onion from pan and set aside.
Add remaining 1 tbsp of Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt to the wok and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through. Return the green beans and onion to the wok and pour in the sauce mixture. Cook about 2 minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken slightly. Serve immediately and enjoy!
