These Quick Parmesan and Herb Biscuits are my favorite go-to side of bread when I am in a pinch.

Yield:10 biscuits 1x
2 cups self rising flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
1/4 cup + 2tbsp shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided.
1 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
1 tsp Gourmet Garden Oregano
1 tsp Gourmet Garden Parsley
1 tsp Gourmet Garden Basil
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl, except for the 2 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese; mix well.
Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat (or line with tin foil and spray with cooking spray). Scoop out biscuit dough with an ice cream scooper (about 1/3 of a cup) and place about two inches apart on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan Cheese.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the centers are cooked.
