Loaded BBQ Potato Skins

Potatoes loaded with delicious melty cheese and flavored with BBQ. YUM.




  1. Preheat broiler on high. When potatoes have cooled slightly, scoop out a little of the actual potato into a large bowl. Add a little butter and milk to the bowl and mash. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little of the mixture back into the potato skins.
  2. Combine meat and sauce in a bowl and scoop into the potato skins. Sprinkle with cheese. Place under the broiler just until everything heats through and cheese is melted. Watch it closely so it doesn’t burn.
