If you notice on my Dinner Menu I started my new Flat Belly Diet on Tuesday! The first four nights are pretty plain and that’s because it’s an “Anti-Bloat Jump Start.” I get to the real diet on Saturday which looks like tons of great new foods I am dying to try! I will post a few here and there, but the great thing is that they are all 400 calories or less!
